I hereby agree, either as the purchaser or as a representative of the participants, to purchase Qurban and appoint Qohyrah as my representative (wakil) to carry out the Qurban on my behalf, sincerely for the sake of Allah Ta’ala.

I authorise Qohyrah to make the best possible decisions should any unforeseen circumstances arise, and I trust them to ensure the Qurban is performed in accordance with Islamic guidelines.
